Food tracking & Review
As part of your coaching experience, you’ll receive a customized food tracker and regular one-on-one reviews with me. Tracking what you eat helps increase awareness of your habits, identify patterns, and notice how foods affect your digestion, mood, and energy levels — essential steps toward meaningful change (Cleveland Clinic, 2023). Research shows that consistent food tracking can improve dietary behaviors and support better choices over time, especially when paired with professional guidance (Misra & James, 2025). In each session, we’ll look at your food log together, celebrate progress, and refine your personalized plan so you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
